Today, on International Women’s Day, I pause to honor the incredible women who have shaped my life— my family, my friends, my colleagues, and the countless strong women I have had the privilege to know. Each of them, in their own way, has embodied resilience, grace, and unwavering strength.

This year, this day feels even more meaningful. I now have a baby niece and a new baby cousin, two beautiful souls just beginning their journey in this world. I want them to grow up knowing that they never have to shrink themselves to fit into someone else’s idea of who they should be. I want them to chase their dreams without hesitation, to speak their truth without fear, and to stand firm in their worth.
As women, we inherit the strength of those who came before us— the ones who fought, who nurtured, who led, who loved without limits. And as we move forward, we become the torchbearers for the next generation. I want to be the kind of role model my nieces can look up to, not because I have all the answers, but because I choose to live authentically, to embrace challenges, and to uplift others along the way.
To all the women reading this— may you know your worth, may you stand in your power, and may you continue to shape this world with your strength, wisdom, and kindness. The future is brighter because of you.
Happy International Women’s Day.
And Women are God’s greatest gift to Man!
