Tucked inside a 100-year-old gas station, Elliott Coffee is the kind of place that slows you down in the gentlest way. You walk in and everything just softens. The space is warm and welcoming, the kind of place that makes you want to stay a while. It has a relaxed, inviting atmosphere that puts you at ease the moment you walk in.

A vase of flowers in the corner added just the right kind of charm. After I introduced myself, they made a point to use my name, which felt personal and welcoming.

I went in knowing I wanted to try a few things, and I am glad I did.
The food was outstanding. The cheddar chive bacon scone was warm and buttery, with a rich savory flavor that came through in every bite. The edges had a slight crispness, while the inside stayed soft. The jalapeno cheddar bagel sandwich was layered with egg, melted cheese, and bacon. It had just enough spice to make the flavor stand out without being overpowering. The quality came through in every bite.

They also had zucchini bread and biscuits that looked fresh and tasty.

This was a place I could have stayed in all day. It was quiet and comfortable, with the steady sound of vinyl playing in the background. There was no rush. It just felt like a good spot to take your time.
For drinks, I started with the Yopro on ice (espresso, maple, steamed cream, and cinnamon). It was smooth and lightly sweet, perfect for a morning pick-me-up. I enjoyed it sitting next to some fresh flowers.

One drink was not enough, so I ordered the Banana Matcha Yopro to try next. It had matcha, brown butter banana syrup, steamed cream, and cinnamon on top. It was creamy, mellow, and a little different from anything I have tried before.

This is the kind of place where the food tastes like it was made with care. The drinks are flavorful without being complicated. And the people make you feel like they are happy you stopped by.
It was not a special occasion, just a regular morning. But it reminded me that ordinary days can still feel nice when you spend them somewhere that feels welcoming and genuine.

Took in the quiet moments. Let the morning linger a little longer. Didn’t rush. I just sat in the sun and let the morning be what it was— slow, simple, and good.
